Details

Managed the NetDocuments corporate website with an initial site migration to a new platform and content management system. I migrated from the Umbraco CMS written in C# to the low-code Webflow CMS, which required cross-functional teamwork to streamline and reduce downtime, for not only the corporate website but the entire NetDocuments platform. Working with multiple departments and third-party vendors required clear communication, assigned roles, reasonable deadlines, and notice.

Post migration many aspects of the website was in need of UI and UX enhancements based on data from a variety of sources and working closely with the SEO, content writers, graphic design, and operations teams. A new challenge was understanding the Marketo platform and how campaign programs are created, how they can be tied in the Webflow CMS, and how best to accurately collect data using URL parameters. Tackling easier tasks helped improve rankings with a 2x increase in unique visitors from before and longer on page time. Off-loading images and documents from Webflow CDN to the Aprimo document management system CDN increased from 72 to 89 in Google pagespeed tests.

I worked with content writers and customer success managers to create specific webpages for new NetDocument customers, as well as creating redesigned Marketo landing page and email templates that better matched branding. To do this I worked with managers from Marketo and Salesforce in Rev Ops, figuring out how best to create these templates that worked with demand gen managers to easily create campaigns that could sync with Salesforce. The use of design tokens in the template helped reduce the repetitiveness of Marketo email development and developing usable components to for both templates to provide managers with an easy drag and drop interface.

To keep the site compliant required working with Legal and Compliance departments to ensure the site was following the security for small to enterprise businesses around the world, the U.S. Federal and State Governments, and regional customers expect.

Larger redesigns of the site required a few mockups from me with data-driven layouts to increase click-through rates and time on page.

I worked with leadership, marketing, and product for new product announcements like ndMAX and PatternBuilder MAX with landing pages and campaigns. To help with these announcements, I managed the translation of the website with three additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese, and UK English. This helped our global teams with their campaigns to bring more traffic to the site.
